Prep Days
Preparation day for brand-led events.
For larger brand-led events, activations, or campaign-driven education sessions that require extensive model work in advance, a dedicated preparation day may be required.
This allows for full model transformation, technical planning, formulation refinement, and alignment with brand objectives — ensuring presentation-ready results and high-impact visual outcomes on the day of the event.
This fee is typically associated with larger brand collaborations rather than standard in-salon workshops.
Travel + Accommodation
What's included beyond the education fee.
- Return flights for Jaye and one assistant
- Flights exceeding four hours require business class airfare
- Accommodation for both individuals for the night before and after the education date
- Travel and accommodation costs are additional to the education fee
- Additional travel expenses (taxis, airport transfers) invoiced post-event, payable within seven days
Payment + Invoicing
Securing your education date.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure the education date
- Remaining 50% balance due four weeks prior to the event
- All education fees must be paid in full before the scheduled date unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Travel and accommodation invoiced separately
- Additional travel-related expenses payable within seven days post-event
