I haven't received my workshop ticket?

Tickets for work shops are only finalised and sent once full payment has been received.

I have paid for my ticket and still not received it?

Once a workshop ticket has been paid fully paid it will be sent to the email address in the attendee field, not the purchaser.

You can always get a copy of the tickets as the purchaser from our my account section.

I cant make the workshop due to personal reasons.

Workshop tickets are non-refundable, it is at the complete discretion of Edwards and Co to offer a credit for an alternative event or refund.
